Tender Management Coordinator – Marine Spare Parts Logistics
We are seeking a Tender Management Coordinator to support the Tender Management Supervisor in managing the tendering process for marine spare parts logistics. This role will focus on coordinating pricing with origin and destination offices, inputting rates into tender documents, and ensuring accurate bid submissions. This position can be based at any of our MT office locations.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with origin and destination offices to collect and verify pricing for air freight, ocean freight, and trucking services.
Accurately input rates and other relevant data into tender documents.
Assist in preparing and formatting tender submissions to meet client and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all pricing and bid details are accurate, competitive, and submitted on time.
Maintain organized records of tenders, pricing data, and submission deadlines.
Qualifications

Experience in air freight, ocean freight, and trucking logistics, preferably in a tender management or pricing role.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Good communication skills to collaborate with global offices.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
