Job Description

Our Greek office is currently seeking to employ a Junior Operator for our Operations Department.

This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in the logistics, forwarding, or maritime sectors.

Key responsibilities

Inventory follow-up.
Coordinate shipments.
Follow up status of shipping documents.
Shipments Track and trace for timely updates to customers as well as resolving any issues that may occur.
Support the team with organizational and time management tasks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task prioritization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Shipping or relevant field.
Good command of the English language, and computer literacy.
Experience in the maritime industry preferable.
Teamwork, willingness, and responsibility.
Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Able to work independently and as a team member.
