Account Manager (Athens, Greece)

Our Greek office is currently seeking to employ an Account Manager for our Operations Department. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in the logistics, forwarding, or maritime sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end forwarding operations
Coordinate shipments
Follow up status of shipping documents
Serve as a primary contact for key clients, addressing their needs, solving problems, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Identify, implement, and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task prioritization

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience as a Logistics Operator or relevant role
BSc degree in Logistics, Shipping or relevant field
Good command of the English language and computer literacy
Proactive problem-solving approach
Teamwork, willingness, and responsibility
Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work both independently and as a team member
